Does the app works offline?

Yes, the app works in full functional offline mode and synchronizes by default every two minutes as soon as it has internet connection. This can be Wi-Fi or a mobile data network.

You can change the default synchronization time to 1 minute if you like, or every 30 minutes for example. Slowing down the sync frequencies will give you a longer battery time, although nowadays most batteries are strong enough to keep your phone working all day long.

Some actions, like completing a work order, trigger a sync process automatically.

During synchronization, users or technicians should wait until the app has fully completed the sync before closing it. This ensures that all data, such as information from a completed work order (work instructions, billable hours, remarks, forms, and service report PDFs), as well as other information is fully generated and sent from the app to the back office, while also making sure that information from the back office is correctly received in the app. Closing the app before the sync is complete may cause some data, including PDFs, not to be fully sent or generated.
