The mobile application can be downloaded from
the Apple App Store for iOS devices
the Google Play Store for Android devices
the Windows store for Windows 10+ devices
Go to the app store that applies to you and search for ''Wello Solutions". Click on the Wello Solutions app and start the installation. You will be asked for your login credentials (the same is for the web portal, if you are as well a portal user). Then fill in a PIN-code allowing you to easily login next time by just using your PIN.
This can be done from any mobile device, whether smartphone or tablet. For Windows 10+ even on any windows driven device like laptops.
