Administrator or Field Technician licenses

Administrators have access to all the rights by default. You need minimum one Wello administrator. Typical administrator profiles can be:

  • the Wello account holder,

  • the system administrator,

  • the CEO, the IT Manager, the Service Manager...

Field Technicians using the Wello Solutions app for technicians

Backoffice or timesheet licenses

Backoffice users need to work on the web portal only. Typical back office profiles are:

  • Planners

  • Call center

  • Helpdesk

  • Accountancy, Finance

  • Project managers, Contract managers,

  • Sales people, Account managers

Timesheet users using the Wello Solutions app for timesheet users

  • Consultants, inspectors, instructors

  • Assistant technicians, interim technicians, trainees

  • Technicians who only need to register timesheets

Note that back office users can also have access to the timesheet app

Subcontractor credits

  • technicians that are subcontractors and thus use the Wello Solutions app for subcontractors.

Note that in the app stores, you will find only one Wello Solutions app. The app adapts automatically to the profile of the user, whether a field technician, a subcontractor or a timesheet user.
