You can cancel or change your subscription any time before the renewal. Renewal happens 45 days before the end date of your yearly subscription and 15 days before the end date of your monthly subscription.
To cancel, you go to the subscription page on the web portal.
The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period.
