The Equipment module provides several search filters to help you efficiently locate specific equipment and locations. This article explains the search filters available in the Equipment module, including all standard search filters at the top of the page and all column filters within the data grid.
How to Access the Equipment Search Page
Navigate to the Services menu on the left navigation panel.
Select Equipments. The Equipment page will open.
At the top of the page, you will see the equipment search filters.
If the filters are not visible, click the Filter icon in the top-right corner to toggle them on.
The Equipments module provides several standard filters that appear at the top of the page. These filters help you quickly search for customer equipment and locations. Each filter targets a specific type of information stored in the equipment records.
Below is a detailed explanation of the standard equipment filters:
Account: This filter allows you to search for equipment by the company it is linked to. You can enter the full account name or part of the name, and the system will return all accounts that contain the text you entered.
Equipment Type: Filters installations or equipment by type (for example, Boiler, Air Conditioner, Pump, etc.). Select an equipment type from the dropdown. Only installations of the selected type will be shown. If set to All, installations of every type will be included.
Ref: Allows you to search for installations using their unique reference number. Enter the reference number, and the system will return the exact matching installation.
Brand: Filters installations by the equipment brand (for example, Siemens, Bosch, etc.). Select a brand from the dropdown. Only installations with equipment from that brand will be shown.
Keyword: Allows you to search for installations or equipment using a word or phrase that may appear in multiple fields.
The system searches fields such as:

This Week
Last Week
This Month
Last Month

Street: Allows you to search for installations or equipment based on the location street address. Enter a street name (for example, “Broadway” or “Victoria Island Road”). Only installations with matching street names will be returned.
Location: This filter is used to search for equipment by location. Since equipment is always linked to a location, this filter is useful when you want to find all equipment under a specific location. This filter will display the location and the equipments under that location.
Apply Filters
You can use one filter or combine multiple filters to narrow down your search.
For example, you can search for all Bosch installations in Beigium created This Month. The more filters you apply, the more specific your results will be.
After selecting your filters, click Search. The results will appear in the data grid below. You can further refine the results using column filters within the grid.
Clicking Search without selecting any filters will display all available equipment.
To include archived installations or equipment in your search, check the Include archived equipment option below the standard filters.
Clear Filters
Click the Clear button to reset all filters to their default state. It removes any filter criteria you have entered or selected.
Results grid
Below the filters is the equipment/installation grid, where search results are displayed. Each row represents an equipment record, and each column displays a specific data field.

Column Filter Options
Each column header in the Equipment grid supports filtering. These filters allow you to refine your search further using specific logic, making it easier to find exactly what you need.
Common Filter Logics:
Contains: Shows rows where the column value includes the text you enter.
Not Contain: Excludes rows where the column value includes the text.
Equals: Shows rows where the column value exactly matches your input.
Not Equal: Excludes rows with an exact match.
Starts With: Shows rows where the column value begins with your input.
Ends With: Shows rows where the column value ends with your input.
Greater Than/Less Than: (For dates/numbers) Filters for values above or below your input.
In Range: It allows you to pick a Start Date and an End Date. The grid will display only the records that fall between those two dates
How to Use the Filters in the equipment Column Header
Hover over a column header and click on the column menu icon (☰).
Go to the filter section.
Select your filter logic (e.g., Contains).
Enter your filter value in the text box. The text box below the logic allows entry of a keyword or phrase. After entering a value in the text box, a second set of filter options (logic & text box) will appear below the first, between them is an AND / OR toggle. AND will return only data that match both conditions. OR will return data that match either condition. This makes it possible to combine two logics and two search phrases, or simply use one and ignore the second.
Click Apply.
The grid will update immediately based on your selected filter logic. For example, Selecting Logic: “Contain” and entering the Value: “Care”, in the Name column, then apply will display only equipment that has the word “Care” in its name on the grid.
You can apply filters to multiple columns at once for more precise result.
After searching for installation/equipments using any of the standard filter, you can also use the column logic-based filters to further refine your search.

Greater Than: Shows records where the date is after the date you select. Only records with a date later than your selection will be shown. Example: Filter “Build date” greater than 2025-01-01 → Only equipment with a build date after January 1, 2025. Are shown.
Less Than: Shows records where the date is before the date you select. Only records with a date earlier than your selection will be shown. Example: Filter “Last Modified Date” less than 2025-12-31 → Only Equipments modified before December 31, 2025 are shown.
