The Wello Portal uses a license check system to ensure that each user account is only active in one session at a time. This is designed to protect your account and ensure compliance with service agreements.
When you log in to the Wello Portal, your session is securely stored on the server. This session allows you to access your data and perform your work. You can open multiple tabs in the same browser without any issues, this still counts as one session.
However, if you try to log in from another browser or device, the system will detect this and take action by closing the previous session to maintain only one active session per user. You’ll be logged out and see a “License Check” message.
You cannot stay logged in to the Wello Portal on multiple browsers or devices at the same time. If you try, your previous session will be terminated, and you will see a “License Check” message: License check: Your session is going to be closed because somebody else used this account to log in, which is against the Wello Solutions Service Agreement. If this was a mistake, you can log in again to close the other session.
Just click the log out button on the licence check message and log in again to continue your work.
