Yes, absolutely. Wello Solutions is a multi-language solution.

Customers

To automate any communication with your customer in his language, you can activate any language you want in Wello. Once activated, you can translate any value in the chosen languages: forms, service reports or invoices, everything will be in the language assigned to your customer.

Users

Wello is built to work seamlessly in multiple languages, making it accessible and user-friendly for international teams as well as for customers. With multi-language features, your team can use both the portal and the field service app in their preferred local language.

Customers, too, can access the service desk and receive reports in their chosen language. This ensures there are no communication barriers between your team and your clients.

To enable multi-language support for your organization, On the portal. Go to Settings, select Get Started, and then open the Language tab. From here, you can activate any of the languages provided by Wello. Once enabled, be sure to choose a default language for all users and customers.

The default available interface languages Wello Solutions can be used in:

  • English

  • French

  • German

  • Italian

  • Spanish

  • Vietnamese

  • Grec

  • Hungarian

  • Nederlands (Dutch)

  • Polish

Once that’s done, any portal user can adjust their personal interface language. All they need to do is click their profile picture, choose My Preference, then Language, and select from the languages you’ve enabled. As soon as they make a choice, the interface switches instantly.

For field service app users like technicians, the process is just as easy. On the app, they open the main menu from the top-right corner, go to Settings, then under the Preference tab, they’ll see the interface language options. Selecting a different language here changes the app interface and data display to match their working language.

If you require a new interface language, contact us and we will be happy to work with you to make that possible.
