On My Work Orders, field technicians access the list of work orders they need to fulfill today.
Today list: The Work Order list is automatically loaded with the work orders scheduled for Today. You can change this using the top filter and search for work orders planned for the coming week or for the whole month.
Create WO: By clicking Create WO the technician can create a new work order that will be automatically planned for himself on the current date and time. This is needed when the field technician is ‘on call’ and a customer has a problem on one of his installations in the middle of the night.
Selecting: Select a work order from the list to see some details on the right side.You will see information such as job address and contact, the installation type and you will get a job description. You will also have the option to view a detailed map of the location of the WO.
