New: Product Tours will guide you around
Good news! From now on, you will get introduced to Wello Solutions’ features by our Product Tours. They will show you around the portal, so you can get familiar with our services at your own pace.
Our first product tours will already get you a long way:
First login/Welcome: This is the product tour you will see after you log in for the first time at Wello Solutions portal. It gives a quick tour of the homepage and lets you create a first work order with default data.
General Settings: Here the general settings for you company (like languages, countries etc.) are completed. This information will personalize your PDF -documents, as it is automatically shown there.
Work order settings: In this product tour you complete your work order settings, and learn how you can customize the work orders and service reports to your needs.
Installation lists: A product tour dedicated to installations bases, and how to configure everything there.
Invite colleagues: A short product tour to show how you can invite other people to the portal
These product tours can be repeated as much as you prefer. Please remember that we will still be available for support when needed!
